About Mitsuboshi Forming Vietnam

Mitsuboshi Forming Vietnam is a wholly Japanese-owned company. In 2012, it established its factory at Lot C3-1, Ba Thien II Industrial Park, Thien Ke Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province.

With extensive machining experience and proprietary equipment technologies, the company manufactures precision metal parts for vehicles, engines and agricultural machinery. After nine years of operation, it had secured contracts with customers including Honda Vietnam, Cosmos and VinFast.

The company planned to expand its business in precision automotive components, focusing on product quality and market development.

Establishing and implementing an IATF 16949 quality management system

In 2021, as part of its commitment to high-quality mechanical components for the automotive supply chain, Mitsuboshi Forming Vietnam selected ITVC Global to provide IATF 16949 consulting.

After six months of implementation with ITVC Global’s guidance, the main project activities had been substantially completed. The company planned its stage 1 audit for January 2022 and stage 2 audit for March 2022.

Following its IATF 16949 consulting projects in the VinFast and Hyundai Thanh Cong supply chains, this project marked another step in ITVC Global’s automotive consulting work.
