Pursuant to the Law on Organisation of the Government dated 25 December 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy dated 28 June 2010;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated 29 March 2011 detailing and providing measures for implementing the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Promulgate the list of designated energy users for 2013 in the Appendix attached to this Decision.
