Kokuyo Vietnam joins ITVC’s occupational safety and hygiene training in Q4 2023

As soon as registration opened on 20 October 2023, Kokuyo Vietnam contacted ITVC Global to enrol in its Group 4 occupational safety and hygiene training. The session was successfully held at Kokuyo’s premises in the Japan Industrial Park, An Hung Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong. Participants gained a solid understanding of occupational safety, and 100% met the course objectives.

Overview of Kokuyo Vietnam

Kokuyo Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and mainly manufactures and sells labels, stationery and office furniture. Its products are distributed throughout Vietnam and Japan, and the company has established a strong position in its sector and market.

Group 4 occupational safety and hygiene training for Kokuyo Vietnam

Before training begins, ITVC Global prepares occupational safety and hygiene training materials according to the number of participants.

The Group 4 safety training programme is developed and delivered on the basis of Clause 4, Article 18 of Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP. The course covers the following knowledge:

Basic occupational safety and hygiene knowledge, including: hazardous and harmful workplace factors and methods for improving working conditions; the functions and duties of the network of occupational safety and hygiene representatives; occupational safety and hygiene rules, signs and instructions; the use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment; first-aid techniques and skills for workplace accidents and occupational disease prevention; employers’ and employees’ rights and obligations; occupational safety and hygiene policies and benefits for employees; and a safety culture in production and business activities.
Knowledge of working procedures and specific occupational safety and hygiene requirements is taught directly at the workplace.
