Main business activities

ITVC Global provides business management system consulting (ISO consulting), inspection, testing, verification and certification services; supplies and rents automation and measurement equipment; and provides energy audits and energy-saving solutions. Job description

1. Learn about the services offered by the ISO Consulting Department.
2. Prepare work plans and daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
3. Research the market and competitors.
4. Find new customers and support customers in the markets assigned by the company.
5. Receive service enquiries, understand customer requirements, and prepare proposals and quotations.
6. Discuss and negotiate prices and conclude ISO training and consulting contracts.
7. Follow up and support project implementation.
8. Collect customer feedback on services.
9. Support collection of receivables.
10. Maintain and develop effective working relationships with certification bodies.

Requirements

• University degree in economics or engineering.
• Experience in the service sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and office software.

Work location

Hai Phong.

Salary

Negotiable, with all benefits under labour legislation.
