Consulting project at the Bridgestone factory

With its team of professional and experienced consultants, ITVC Global was selected by Bridgestone Tire Manufacturing Vietnam to provide consulting on developing and implementing a quality management system for the Bridgestone factory at Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong.

Bridgestone Tire Manufacturing Vietnam, a member of Japan’s Bridgestone Group, inaugurated its tyre manufacturing plant at Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong, on 24 October 2014.

According to the original report, the plant covered 102.43 hectares and was Bridgestone’s 50th factory across 21 countries. Total investment was USD 574.8 million, with planned capacity of 24,700 tyres per day. The plant was undergoing trial production at the time of the article. The plan was to export all output and create 1,900 jobs.

Planned project schedule

Under the announced plan, the quality management system development and implementation project at Bridgestone was expected to start in early March 2015 and finish within six months.
